You can't. Some try using lemon juice and sit in the sun but this will only dry it out and give it an orange tinge. Actually peroxide is good for the scalp. It is even used on cuts and bruises. If you want to do it....do it right. Make sure you condition the heck out of your hair and pick a lighter shade than what you want. Then make sure you put some of the conditioner that comes with the tint, into the the mixture of peroxid and dye. About a table spoon full. Nice and easy is good and does not cost that much.. All the expensive ones make your hair feel soft and silky but all they do is ......put conditioner in the dye. You can do that at home with the cheaper ones and put the conditioner in yourself. Just make sure the room is not cold. You can put a plastic bag on the hair. The warmth from your scalp will help it process better.
Now this is providing that your mom lets you do it. :)

Don't use lemon juice and sun unless you want damaged hair! If you don't mind, sit in the sun with lemon juice for an hour or so everyday. Once a week, use a damage control conditioner, and use a moisturizing conditioner every time you wash your hair. If it becomes really damaged, then put warm olive oil in your dry hair and wait for 1/2 an hour or so.
Just make sure you don't damage your hair too much.

If you sit in the sun for a LONG time you might get some more natural highlights. There are also all natural hair dyes that are actually very good for your hair. Some are temporary but the lightness generally stays in and your hair ends up picking it up.

Lemon juice does help it turn lighter in the sun. Other than that a henna is a natural hair dye.as natural as it can be, I suppose lemmon juice is your best bet.

Get it streaked, frosted, put sun in in it or lemon juice! Staying out in the sun a lot can help to but don't forget to wear sunblock. You don't want skin cancer;-) Keep your hair well conditioned also because it can dry out very easy with these methods.

If you put lemon juice on your hair and go out in the sun, the sun will lighten your hair up naturally.

Try being in the sun more.
They have a sun-activated hair lightening spray, you can look for it at like CVS or walgreens and you spray it on your hair while your in the sun and it will lighten your hair.
