What is she sad about? If she is just overwhelmed, pull her aside for when your alone, and hold a long, tight, soft hug. When she lets out a big sigh, or starts to smell you, then it's a good thing. It means your helping. Or if she starts to cry, it means it's working too, because then she feels comfortable with you.
Then tell her it will be alright, and that your there for her.
Make sure to smell good when you hug her too...that's such a turn on, and it will make her feel safe.
Also, a nice kiss on the forhead, and kiss on the cheek. Also, playing with her hair is good too. Making out should be saved when you both are in a playfull mood. So keep your tongue to yourself.

well first see if she wants to talk about it or not. if she says she doesnt want to dont try to make her just let her know if she does want to then u will be there anytime. think of things that make her laugh, memories that yall had together that she loved, or just something u know she would smile about. be silly. and be sweet. just try to get her mind off of the topic. if your dating her then u should know what she likes. talk about it. or if there is a big event or date comming up soon try to get her excited about it. or plan a date. tell her this weekend yall can go out and do watever she wants. plan a fun night with her. if she is ready to talk and she tells u about it dont say "everything will be okay" be real and tell her real things, not stuff any person can tell her. tell her wat u really think and dont give her short ansswers. good luck

If shes sick or something just hug her and tell her you hope she fells better and you love her. Now if something bad happened or somebody died ect tell her your sorry and WE'LL get through this and just do simple little things that you know she loves and try to keep a simle on her face and comfort her.

If your gf is sad you just have to try and make her feel better by listening to her, by doing what she wants, spending time with her unless she says she wants to be alone, also try and buy her something cute that you know she's always wanted.. :)

It depends on your intentions. Do you want to comfort her or do you want to cheer her up?
To be a comfort, ask if she wants company and respect that she may not. If she does, listen quietly to what she says without judgement. Hold her hand. Touch her hair.
If you want to cheer her up, then just leave her alone. You have to let people feel their feelings. If you try to make her happy and fail, you'll feel badly and she'll feel suffocated.

Make her laugh. She'll confide in you when she wants to. When im sad all i want is someone to fill the emptiness i feel. Make her forget all her worries for a little while. Make her happy, make her smile.

Let her vent, and DON'T tell anyone what she said, as that'd be relationship suicide pretty much. Honestly though, just let her vent, give her a hug, and be there. She'll appreciate it, even if she doesn't tell you that right away.
