Look into organic yogurts and cereals. A lot of stores carry their own brands of natural and organic products now. Plus there are name brand products, including Stoneyfield Farms and Horizon. You should really consider going 100% dairy organic. Much better for you.

Hope you find what you need!

i know what you are talking about - my husband is fructose intolerant and it is very very hard to find things he can eat. the only cereal i have foud that has no HFCS or any other kind of sweetener(he can't even tolerate natural things like sugar) is corn flakes. he won't eat yogurt anyway, so don't know about that.
it is very difficult to find anything that doesn't have HFCS or sugar of any kind in it. did you know that even shake n bake has sugar in it? we found that out the hard way
he also cannot tolerate any kind of artificail sweetener except for aspartame, so a lot of the "sugar free" items are off limits too

The base for corn syrup and HFCS is corn starch...from corn.

In other words, it IS a natural sugar, just created using some enzymatic assistance.
