My Grandma makes Pork Chops a lot. She usually puts saurkraut over them and serves them with salad as the appetizer. She serves the main course (Pork Chops) with garlic mashed potatos* and applesauce. These go great together. Try it out!

*GARLIC MASHED POTATOS - - Instead of mixing in regular butter, mixed in Garlic butter and french fried onions.

Fried potatoes.
My husband loves fried pork chops with fried potatoes.
Of course, the potatoes have to be southern style, cooked slowly with a lot of onion that becomes succulent as the potatoes brown.

Mashed potatos, mac-n-cheese, spinach, peas, green beans, corn. I personally would go with mashed potatos & always some apple sauce or apple butter..gooooood!
