I have a sandwich shop and I'm interested in a see-through or glass sandwich prep. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one like this? Most places just have the stainless steel. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't mean the whole thing. I mean just the front so that people can see the vegetables. Sort've like Subway. I don't think they would do anything the health department says not to.

C.R.Laurence is a nationwide glass supply company that fabricates glass enclosures like fancy showers and entrances. http://www.crlaurence.com/
Glass fabricators in the Yellow Pages can do some things. Clearing it with your health inspectors is something you should begin with.

Try Superior Products. www.superprod.com I've bought a lot of restaurant equipment from them over the years. The customer service is great, and they're very friendly, and if they don't have it they'll direct you where to get it.
