yes, absolutely. either buy a car audio which is builted in with bluetooth or try to get a adaptor which can work as a mediator between your mobile and car audio. this adaptor can fit with car's cegarette igniting port.

my kenwood stereo does it and my factory stereo does it ad well but as far as the factory ones i think they put it in all newer cars
