Sorry this is a little gross, but those of you who know, know. When I wear shoes with socks, my feet never smell. When I wear pantyhose and shoes, my feet sweat and they smell! I hate stinky feet! First thing when I get home I take off my hose and wash my feet. There has to be a product out there for that. Any suggestions? Right now I keep baby powder at my desk and sprinkle it under my desk to put my feet in. I'd sure appreciate some help from you good people out there. thanks.

It's your shoes!

The reason they don't smell in socks is because the cotton absorbes the sweat... In hose, nothing can absorbe the sweat....you'd have the same affect if you wore those shoes in bare feet.

You need better, leather shoes, that can 'breath'. I guarentee if you wear hose and better shoes, you'll be fine.

Stinky Pantyhose Feet

How about this ...

Pantyhose are made of differing blends of lycra, nylon, etc. SOME pantyhose are much thicker, heavier, and clingier than others. Try different styles of pantyhose. Maybe some are more breathable than others.

Here's another idea. MAYBE it isn't the pantyhose material on the foot at all. Women say that they wear pantyhose in the WINTER time, because they are warm. It's like thin long johns. So, MAYBE the pantyhose covering you from the waist down is elevating your overall body temperature and for some reason seems to be concentrating in your feet. Because I've gotta tell you. NO ONE would consider a little pantyhose material on the foot heavier and hotter than a sock! So, test this theory by wearing knee highs. If your feet still stink then ... I guess it's the hose material ON THE FEET. Hmmm.

I would have suggested the powder, by the way. Odor Eaters?

Feet In Pantyhose

The problem is that there's nothing to absorb your sweat. I suggest that when you buy your shoes buy them a little bigger than you normally would and get an insole for them. What's great about insoles is that they absorb the sweat so your feet don't stink, they make your shoes softer and more comfortable and they are removable so you can put them through the wash when they start to smell.

Listen this is the biggest secret about curing stinkingass feet!!

Everyone well hopefully everone washes their feet enough, but this is NOT the problem!!
You must Dry your feet completely!

1.) wash and in between thoroughly
2.)Dry your feet in between the toes, THOROUGHLY!!
3) WAIT until completely dry then put your shoes/socks/stockings/etc on!

this process takes time and people really have gotten too lazy to this. Drying your feet properly takes at a 2-5 minutes minutes, LITERALLY.

keep the insides of your shoes clean by spraying lysol or some other germ killing spray in them and wipe them out with paper towels. Then get shoe inserts and change them as needed. They have inexpensive ones at Walmart and drugstores too. All the other ideas about dry, clean feet are good. If you walk around and get your stockings or socks dirty and then you put your dirty feet back into your shoes they're going to get gross. You have to keep the insides of the shoes clean too my friend. If you wear sneakers and they get wet in the rain or water you have to wash them out and dry them thouroughly too. Just use an old toothbrush to scrub them out if you don't want to put them in the washer. Untie them and open them up wide and dry completely. My friend used to always wear his shoes without socks day in and day out and man did he stink !!!!!!! A dead horse would've squealed if he got too close. lol.......

Foot powder on your socks every day. placed on diverse shoes commonplace, and spray tinactin on your ft at night. Do those issues for some weeks, and the fungus will bypass away. If it does no longer paintings after a month, seek for suggestion from a surgeon. it fairly is all brought about via a fungus it fairly is grown into your ft. one greater factor! regrettably you will could purchase all new shoes and socks during the approach, and after the approach is over. as quickly as you have Athletes foot, it extremely is fairly stressful to do away with via fact it does require a economic dedication.
