I'm 28 years old and I don't like settling for just any guy. I'm a person who has high standards in life. So many women will hook up with guys and sleep with them but I won't do that. I stick to my morals and beliefs. I work really hard in life and I'm attending school to become a teacher. I've never really had a boyfriend because I find it tough to meet a decent guy.

I feel ya. I felt that way for along time. I let my job get in the way of my life and missed out on a lot. I took an active roll in my personal life and since eveyone I know is married I joined Yahoo Personals. I've met a few great guys and things are looking up. I have finally found my calling...teaching too. Things are going in the right direction.
You have to be positive or it won't happen for you. People can tell when someone is insecure and lonely.
Go out looking for him.

i would suggest that most of the decent guys are already taken --- just because a lady sleeps with a guy does not mean either her or him are not decent --- maybe they just know they are meant for each other and stay together married or unmarried neither of them are looking for a short term relationship ---- best wishes
