Simply stepping out of your car does not give the officer a reason to search your vehicle.
The Police can search your car based on:
1). Consent
2) Probable Cause (plus the vehicle is in a public place)
3). Inventory
4). Search Incident to Arrest
5). Abandoned/Need to search the vehicle for an owner exists.
6). Search Warrant
7). Vehicle frisk
If you do get pulled over you should always stay in your car unless the officer asks you to step out.

Not without a arguable reasonable suspicion or a violation such as not having a license. In the later the vehicle can be searched prior to towing, for safety reasons, and anything found can be admissible in court.
Being a vehicle probable cause is not need in all situations. There is a large difference between reasonable suspicion and probable cause and the definitions change with court rulings. You have very little right to privacy in a vehicle. It is not a home and can be moved easily. Also anything in plain view in the vehicle that looks strange can raise the reasonable suspicion.
You can adjust your keyboard controls to turn off the letter repeat keyyy.

No but it does make me wonder what you are trying to hide. Plus you never want to just get out of your car during a traffic stop without the officer telling you to do so. That is a good way to get a gun pulled out on you.

In CA....No. You getting out of the car is not immediate grounds for him to search.
BTW. DO NOT get out of your car when pulled over. Sit there as you were instructed in driver's ed. The officer will tell you if he/she wants you out.

They might have probable cause to look for extra vowels. If that's the case, just show them a copy of your post.
