I can not believe that animals do not have a soul, because they do not walk up right on 2 feet, i cannot see them not being in heaven. I hope that the day i cross i will make it to the rainbow bridge and see my loved ones again, to play ball, and be lavished in there kisses for all eternity. I have had my pets come back in the after, not alot, or really frequent but my recent girl that i had lost, i have seen her, i have woken up with her favorite ball in my bed, then to never find the ball again. Until she wants us to no she is around. So i believe even in this life we sometimes see our beloved pets that have crossed over, but i believe we all will meet again.

Well, the bible doesn't really address it, but I believe they go to heaven.
Humans have a spirit, soul (mind, will and emotions), and body.
I believe dogs do have a soul, just perhaps not a spirit. The book of Revelation mentions that the fish in the sea have "souls", so I would think that dogs and other animlas would have souls as well.
I have read several accounts of people who had near death (or after death) experiences and were allowed to see at least parts of heaven. Many of them report that they saw animals. One of them saw children running and playing with lions and they were also playing with birds, who sat on their shoulders.
Of course, some people would argue that those animals were newly created, but I choose to believe that they were once on the earth.
As a Christian, I have contemplated this many times and have prayed about it many times, and after a lot of praying and searching, I believe they do, though I cannot find where the bible addresses it clearly and directly.

Do dogs have souls? Of course they do. Dogs have the ability to sense things we could only dream of. How many times have you seen stories on TV or read about animals that sensed danger or never gave up trying to awaken an owner or an entire family when they sensed danger or fire was near? The bond our pets have with us is a forever bond. They live and breathe as surely as all of your two-legged family and friends.
I believe we are reunited in an afterlife with all of those whom we have cherished and loved in this lifetime.
It's not a question of whether or not we see them in heaven or whether the Bible does or does not tell us that. Since many people of many different faiths (other than Judeo-Christian) have animals and love them, are we to believe that only what the Bible says would be the truth for the rest of the religions in the world? Of course not.
Therefore, believe that you will see your beloved pet and know that as with those humans who have passed on, our pets are never far from us, even in death.

I have thought alot about this, as I have lost several beloved pets over the years. On the 1 year anniversary of my golden retrievers death, I opened a devotional book I had never read before, and the devotional I opened to was about how animals go to heaven, written by Elizabeth Elliot. God is awesome:) I believe God wouldn't have made people like us, who love our pets so deeply, if he was just going to take them away. If Heaven is a perfect place of happiness, then my animals will be there :) That is the only way I could be perfectly happy!

Yes, I do and I believe so because dogs are better beings than humans. They are also God's creations and He loves them as well. I have no proof anyone has a soul I only believe it to be true as I do believe dogs do.

Humans have souls. Animals do not have souls. They did a study about it. A man lost a pound when he died. His soul left his body. The animal did not lost any pounds. So they don't have souls.
My family does not think so, either.
I asked this qusetion before to my family when I was young.

Rotten has the wonderful concept. Animals supply unconditional love, friendship, and a feeling of purpose to those that in any different case have none. My terrific suggestion is once you write the cardboard do no longer think of of it as an animal death yet somebody's terrific pal. while Jesse died purely the incontrovertible fact that somebody cared sufficient to deliver a card approximately her passing replaced into magnificent. somebody found out that Jesse replaced right into a extensive area of our lives no longer a lamp that have been given dropped and replaced into thrown out interior the rubbish. It took us a 365 days to recover from Jesse sufficient to get yet another Lab. I nevertheless watch video clips of and cry. Your aunt is grieving as lots now as though a human family contributors member died, in keeping with probability extra if your aunt lived on my own with purely the now deceased puppy. flow OVERBOARD interior the cardboard. it is going to propose alot on your aunt. believe ME

If you believe in souls and an afterlife and a loving creator, then I suppose you'll see your dog in the afterlife.
What loving creator would deny you your dog? My problem is which dog would I see? I loved them all.
