I have a couple questions about the firm workout.

It says you start to see results in 10 workouts, well how much results, like jean sizes or more toneing in arms and legs?


And does it really tone your body too?

Are there squats in the frim too, or other excerises to lift my butt?


anything else you think i might want to know about the firm, thank you so much

You will see results in 10 workouts! It's the hardest workout I've ever done, but it works! Yes, there are plenty of squats and lunges and if you get the tapes that use the fanny lifter, those will target your thighs, calves and butt!!! Well worth it's weight in gold.
