It's different in different states. Call the local office of the state DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles).

There are other steps to owning a vehicle. You have to title it, you have to register and license it, and if you're going to drive it, you have to have insurance. Some states have a title search and a check your exhaust output for excessive hydrocarbons, CO and CO2. . If you choose not to license it, when you do license it, the DMV can make you pay for all of the unlicensed years.

Some dealers won't or can't sell a car to a minor. Some insurance companies won't offer insurance to a minor.

If you're rich, you can have an adult rent or lease a car as you need it. It's considered a legitimate business expense if you use it for anything related to your business. You could have your company lease the car.

I would just wait and be patient. Put your money into something that doesn't lose value.

you can be any age u just cant drive without a lic.
