I recently hurt my finger and had x-rays they came back and they called saying I had a ppo or something?

What does it mean?

That means you didn't understand what they told you. That makes no sense. Maybe they were talking about your health insurance. Or, maybe they said something about a PIP joint (proximal interphalangeal joint)?
