The bleeding and the not eating can together be a fatal sign. Take your guinea pig to the vet NOW. Even if you guinea is fine it was not a wasted trip. Ask anyone you know with a pet where the nearest vet is or look in a phone book.

i hope your guinea pig is fine. Good luck with him =)

It may have eaten something really rough while it was outside as is trying to pass it. Or it may have gotten into something poisonous. Or it may have been hurt like by a dog, big bird. I'm so sorry you found it injured. I'm sure you feel sorry for it and want to help it. Look in the phone book and call an exotic pet hospital, NOW! and tell them that you are too far away to bring it in and that you just found it. Tell them you can't drive. It'll kinda force them to help you over the phone.

Until then, all you can do it make it comfortable and keep it quiet. It may have an internal injury. It also may be hunger stricken, but I don't think extreme hunger would make the intestine bleed to the point to comes out when it goes potty.

Good luck sweety

This guinea pig is in trouble. My family had a number of guinea pigs over the years and we kept them healthy and happy. You need to search the Internet for a small animal veterinarian and take the animal there immediately. Be careful when touching it; it could be something contagious.

It might be piles or some other anal condition... I think you'd do well to find a vet in a phonebook. But maybe put a notice up in your street saying you've found a sick guinea pig and the owner might comeand fetch it from you.

Sadly he has problem eaten some rodent poison meant to kill rats and mice.

Sounds like a common symptom.

Bless your heart for trying to take care of him/her tho.

Maybe a vet visit would help, but who is to say?

call information or ask a neighbor where the nearest vet is. sounds like that little guy's in trouble. i don't know if there's much that can be done but it may be something simple.

Calm down...look it up in the phone book. It'll be okay. Call somebody. It sounds bad, it may die. Act quick.
