I've been dating a woman for quite a while now. She is a home nudist. It's a lifestyle that they never wear cloths at home. Her kids are nudists as well. (12 year old boy and 16 year old girl). They kept cloths on when I first came around but now that I've been with her for a while, they now are nude when I come over. after many months, I finaly just recently started to take my cloths off at her house. I felt extremely awkward at first and thought I would warm up to it. I don't mind being naked in front of my girlfriend, but it's in front of her daughter that is a problem. She is a very well endowed young woman and many times I will get an erection seeing her nude in front of me. She will notice obviously, but will just smile and pretend she doesn't notice. My girlfriend has noticed too but says it's alright, that it's totally natural. It's just too awkward for me. I just cant get used to it. what do you think about home nudists? particularly my situation.

You've likely been conditioned to feel that being nude is a sexual thing. The two concepts of sex and nudity can be successfully separated in the mind. Once you can come to the realization that it is normal and natural, then it ceases to be an issue.
If you're concerned about an erection in social nude situations, cover it up when it happens. Think about something else and wait for it to go away.

I agree with the others that it's perfectly normal and totally natural to enjoy being nude at any age. I started trying out nudism at home when I was maybe a year or two older than you are. Be smart about it, don't take unnecessary risks about when or where you go nude, and let it be a natural everyday part of your life rather than focusing on the idea obsessively. And if you want the freedom to be nude around your family you'll have to read up about nudism to learn all you can and present the idea in the best possible way. They may be OK with it, they may object to it, but you won't know unless you ask. Until then, feel free to enjoy it on your own.

The big question you have to ask is if this is the lifestyle you want to live for the rest of your life, or at least until the daughter moves out. Getting an erection spontaneously is somewhat natural, and isn't a big deal as long as nobody makes it a big deal. My guess is that as time goes on you'll get more and more used to it and it will be less and less of a problem.
Otherwise, you have to decide if you want to deal with this for another 2 years or maybe move on.
In our case, we go to adult only nudist places, because we don't want to have to deal with the 'creep factor' of having nude kids running around. If parents want their kids running around it is their business, we just don't want to be in that position.

You should join them. Yes, you'll get an erection from time to time, but don't worry about it. It doesn't sound like they're worried about it. The more you go nude around them, the more natural it will become. Listen to her. She's had years of experience with this, and she obviously knows what she's talking about.
What about the boy. As I recall, when our son was about that age, he was erect MOST of the time. It's just a natural thing.
Good for you that you tried it. Keep trying it, and stay with it. If you really love her, and she loves you, then it'll work out. You certainly can't be more open with her and the kids when you're nude.

You need to respect your own sensibilities before you wind up in a situation where you're completely compromised and thoroughly indefensible. Getting an erection under those circumstances would creep out any reasonable man, and rather than trying to train yourself not to let that happen, you should instead refrain from letting yourself be put in that situation. You never can predict how things will go in every situation,and you could find yourself one mistaken impression away from a jail cell. THAT's in part why you feel uncomfortable...listen to yourself; it's a wise instinct.

shes right its natural for you to get aroused. i wish i had the courage to run around my house nude. I cant even get undressed in front of my boyfriend with out getting embarrassed. I'm a tad over weight. I think its cool enjoy it. Just stop thinking bad thoughts about the daughter if that's what is going on

Some people just cannot separate their feelings of freedom (that come from being nude) from erotic feelings. For them, social nudity is a problem.
All I can tell you is that for the great majority of people who frequent nude resorts/beaches, they are able to sublimate their sexual feelings and separate erotic thoughts from simple nudity. The two are just not one and the same.
You may have to come to terms with your own feelings and either learn how to ignore your erotic thoughts or you simply cannot be around the young woman.

If it is awkward for you then your girlfriend should understand that it is not comfortable for you. You and your girlfriend should find somewhere else that you can go to besides going to her home. I could not be comfortable being around other people that are nude. When their is nudity in the home then the people need to keep it to theirselves. It should be kept private and not done when another person is not comfortable with it.
