I don't like salsa on my nachos. Just the heat from spicy refried beans, hot sauce, and pickled jalapenos. I like plain chips so I can taste everything else. And I top them with black beans and rice, and a ton of cheddar, monterey jack and manchego, then black olives. And I always pick the chips that are sticking out of the top first. They have the most cheese and goodies on them.

i can only eat one at a time! its either with salsa or cheese! NO HOT STUFF! Its kills da flavor cause u too busy fannin ur mouth! maybe some meaty stuff but classic cheese is best and of course.....the cheesier the better!

Give me the works! I prefer real cheese instead of the canned stuff. I like a chip with a bit of all the ingredients on it. I also love jalpenos on mine.
