k so today i hugged my friend because she asked can i have a hug and so i did but i gotta a girlfriend and i give her hugs all the time. is it considered cheating? (stupid question) and my girlfriend knows the my friend i hugged

No I've never heard anyone consider a hug cheating, kissing yes but a hug no. If youre really worried about it ask her how she would feel if you hugged your girl friends and tell her the situation, she should understand.

A good rule of thumb is, if you'd do it to your grandmother, it's not cheating. This includes hugs and a kiss on the cheek, and that's pretty much it.
HOWEVER, the fact that you are worried that a hug consitutes cheating says to me a)you are VERY young, like middle school young, or b)there were some thoughts other than "friendship" behind said hug.

HAHAH no how old are you? cheating is technically making love to another woman. and hugging hardly is considered that. or if you kissed another girl it would be a little bad but a hug will do you no harm

you can have friends that are girls even if you have a girlfriend.
as long as you don't kiss her in the lips.
if your girl friend thinks that is cheating she is WRONG. dead WRONG.
if she starts arguing with you she's not worth it. if she was a true girl friend she will realize that you guys are just friends. you guys need TRUST. if she doesn't trusts you then she's not the one. goodluck and i'll ttyl=] congrats on ur girlfriend!
