Do itashi mashite. Just say "Don't touch my mustache" fast then sound like you saying 'You're welcome" in Japanese. And I'm not kidding!!!

Yea, I also think Sushi's answer is nice.
In formal situations, most people say "Dou itashimashite." Some say "Kinishinaide kudasai" or "Iin desu yo."
But in informal situations, we usually say "Iiyo," "Kinishinai de ne," "Okkei (=Okay)" or "Ie ie."
If you mean a phrase, "you're welcome" which is used in a shop, it will be like "Irasshai mase" or "Yo(u)koso."
Hope this helps! :-)

in formal expression
Dou itashi mashite
But actually, we do not say in our daily life.
As Americans say ' thats okay' or 'no problem' , we say like this.
examples
Doumo, doumo (just like OKay)
okkei ( exactly identical to OKay)
iiyo (thats fine)
ie ie (no problem)
ie ie son na koto iwanaide (no,no, don t mention it)
ki ni shi nai de (just like no problem)
