Jehovah's Witnesses (or Yahweh's witnesses as they would have been called if 19th Century German Scholars had spoken ANY hebrew at all) believe that all medical intervention is wrong. They believe that it interferes with God's will. Sickness, they believe is a sign of God's anger, and death is the wages of sin. The 144,000 who will be saved will neither get sick nor die. (oh wait, there are already more than 144,000 JoHo's... oh well, pick a bigger number)
Cosmetic procedures such as breast enlargement are an abhorration . And to people who actually respect the individual rather than just notice her rack, they seem pretty dumb as well.

Jehovah Witnesses are a Cult.
I am a Christian and I don't think plastic surgery is wrong. I think it just depends on what you are getting it for. Is it for selfish reasons or to truly build confidence in areas you may be struggling? Is it because a person had cancer and a mastectomy and wants to still feel like a woman? That is not wrong.
If you are a believer of Christ as Savior pray about it and if you are not a believer then you probably don't care anyway.

Forget religion with regard to this question!
Plastic surgery should only be available for emergency cases and for those who are so badly disfigured that the procedure is their only key to a more fulfilled life.
Enlargement of breasts for cosmetic reasons has been proven to endanger life itself. Why risk health just for bigger T I T S?

Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe the bible to teach that cosmetic surgery or other appearance-enhancement techniques are wrong in themselves.
It is only when a lack of balance with one's appearance distracts from a person's responsibilities to his family, his worship, or the peace of his congregation that a person might disqualify himself from privileges in his local congregation.

I don't know about plastic surgery,but isn't having laser on the bikini area or coloring the hair,an alteration of what god created?
It is...and jehovah's witnesses do these things all the time.

Those who think Jehovah Witnesses are a cult don't really know what one is. Sure you will believe anything some opposer has to say, but fail to actually look into things yourself. Just shows how ignorant people are.

My sister is a JW and she has new boobies! Her husband said that it is ok..My other sister got her belly pierced and the rest of the family (all Witnesses) gave her a hard time about modesty...someone please explain that one to me.
