Once the lasagna is assembled, spoon additional sauce along the sides and corners of the lasagna, then spray a piece of foil with non stick cooking spray, and cover. (This prevents the lasagna from sticking when you pull it off)

Put extra sauce on the bottom.

Bake the lasagna on the middler rack.

Cover the baking pan w/ foil so all the moisture doesn't evaporate. Remove it 15-20 minutes before it's done so the top can brown.

Don't but the cheese on and cover and cook. the last 20 min. take off foil and put on cheese. Make sure the cheese all the way to the edges. Bake until melted.

The best way that works for me is to seal the pan/dish with surran wrap so it is air tight. when Heating up left overs cover the plate with surran wrap when you heat it up in the mcrowave.
