I have a hard lump slightly larger then a pea in my right cheek right above my jawline. i've been to two different doctors(at different times) for it and both just gave me antibiotics(which didn't do anything) and sent me home. it's been there for a long time, and hasn't gotten much larger. any ideas on what this might be would be appreciated. thanks.

Coley: i've been to two different docs in two states, and been pretty much blown off by both of them, "it's a clogged duct so take these antibiotics, and don't worry about it."
when i said i've had it a long time, i mean in the range of 15 yrs,(i was either 15 or 16 when i noticed it).
i'm planing on going to a different doc when finances allow. i'm not too worried about it, i would like to know what it is tho, and the docs i've been to really don't seem to care.

it's not something i can look at it's inside my cheek. it's just a hard round ball. when i first noticed it it was about the size of a pea, now it's a little bit bigger then that. it hasn't changed shape just gotten a little bit bigger. i'll be going to a new doctor when our insurance from hubby's job kicks in, and will be as pushy as i need to about getting it checked out. it doesn't go away it's just there........
