There is a boy in my homeroom named Dylan. After the first day of school he imed my friend and told her that he thought I was "cute". That was on Wed. Yesterday, he came up to me and gave me his phone number and screen name. He was joking around like "This is so we can you know, stay in touch!" My friend told me that he was really nervous to give it to me because we had just met. Things are going around in the school that he likes me because that's what he told his friends. [It's a VERY small highschool news travels fast]
But then this other girl says to me, "Oh don't get excited because by the end of the year, Dylan will have asked almost every girl out" My friend told me that Dylan told her that he was going to hang out with this girl he met a few months ago later today. He told me friend that he doesn't know if anything will happen. I've only known him for a few days, but I really like him. Do you think he likes me? or should I forget about him?

GO FOR IT! What is it going to hurt, right? Obvioulsly he is interested in you, and approached you. Let him know you are interested, for sure. Go with the flow, and see what happens. Sounds like somebody likes you........IM him, and take advantage of the situation. DO NOT listen to all the gossip and rumors- Sounds like Jealousy-GOOD LUCK! Let me know how things go!
