You can either download it (700MB) or request a free CD from them.
If you get a CD, then you can simply set your computer to boot from the CD and try ubuntu without even installing it. Great way to see if ubuntu is for you or not without changing your computer.
I like ubuntu although I still use Windows.

hi, google UBUBTU, when you get on the official ubuntu website you will be able to fill in a request form for them to send out a FREE dvd with the UBUNTU linux system on it,it is easy to install and use. cheers.

Bring it to computer services shop and let them install Linus for you.
