my mom dont want me to go on dates or be in any relation with a guy, but i kinda want to cuz a couple guyz asked me out and those guyz are really hot. i need your input!

Most parents can't stomach the fact that their baby is ready to start dating.
What I suggest is to fist have a talk with your mom and let her know that everything is going to be fine.
Reassure her that you are not "STUPID" and you won't start messing aroung with the guys you date.
You see, parents (Moms especially) don't want you to date, becuase they are very scared that you will start sleeping around with guys, and could get diseases or even pregnant.
Once you sit down and have what I like to call "The Talk" with the parents.... and explain to them that you're a smart girl, you're growing up, and you simply want to date.... things will be fine.
Dating behind your parents back can turn out to be a major problem for your relationship with them down the road. It's never fun to lie, espeically to your parents. You'll always regret it down the road.
Please take this advice to heart. This is an important subject.

Well if your mom thinks you are too young I understand but if your old enough then ok but do the right thing. Ask you mom why. Mother's sometimes do know best. My mom was and stil is like your mom on the way she acts with you. Most of the time my mom was right but kids have to learn the hard way to grow up. It's the way life is

I guess it depends on how old you are. She is just trying to look out for you. Also, just because a guy is really hott doesnt make him eligible to go on a date with you. Scrutinize them a little more... it's not just about looks.
