We studied things like these in my AP Anatomy 101

1. Basketball does not make you grow taller. It excercises your legs which will make your leg muscles larger but will not make your legs extend in an upward fashion. It can make you slimmer but not taller.

2. Yes, cheese can constipate you. It is very thick and can very easily overexert your bowels. Rice however, will not constipate you as much as you eat. Rice will puff up when it meets your digestive juices but will very soon be broken down quickly after that in a humans body. In some animals body their acids arent strong enough to break down the rice as fast as a human body and it can be harmful if large amounts are consumed.

3. No, meat does not make you hairy. The main reason for hair growth is hormones. While there might be a very low level of hormones in the meat because of hormones being given to the animal. There is not a significant level of hormones in the meat. The protein in meat will actually increase the strength of your heart but will not however, make you hairy in any way.

1. No, tall people just end up being better at the sport. Athletic activities, however, do release growth hormones.

2. No, but the lactose from cheese can give some people diarhea.

3. No. Its just a lot of iron and protein going into your body. It shouldn't make you hairy.

No, basketball doesn't make you taller. That's physically impossible. And cheese can clog your arteries a bit if you eat too much. Don't really think that rice does. And red meat can get make your blood pressure rise and makes your skin a little darker. It makes it look like you have more hair, but you don't.

1. height is based on genetics. Participating in any sort of physical activity or sport will not affect your height
2. White rice will make you constipated but cheese will not. If you are lactose intolerant however, cheese can make you gassy.
3. There is no correlation between meat consumption and hair growth/loss

2: Yes, but cheese is much worse about it.

If you're eating too much cheese, your colon has to protect itself from the biproducts by coating itself with mucus. This can build up to an extreme and cause ineffective bowl movement and constipation.

Meat doesn't make you hairy, by the way, but it does give you more protein than you know what to do with. This means you may grow more hair just to get rid of it all. : P

Basketball does not make you taller.

Cheese and rice can either stop you up or give you the runs depending on your individual system.

Meat does not make you hairy but the hormones packed in it might!

Red meat raises natural testosterone levels, so it won't make you hairy if eaten in moderation but can cause facial hair in women if eatin frequently
