Well I would recommend Neutrogena's Advanced Solutions Acne mark fading peel. I bought some and it worked really good though for me. How severe skin are we talking though? B/c after you use that I would get one of those micro dermabrasion kits that Neutrogena has for the face and use that along with the fading peel. Also another thing if you don't have the time for the dermabrasion or the peel is to scrub your face every night before you go to bed with Garnier Frutics newest facial scrub. Doing all that and using them consistently you should be able to fade them a lot. Hope this helps!

Probably not. I have some on the left and right sides of my forehead, but that is because I let the acids in them eat away at my face. And don't believe that bs that says "if you pop them, they will scar you", because NOT popping them is what speeds up the process of getting crater-face. But the problem with mine is mostly on my back now, those are the nastiest ones, because they are so large (eww).

No, but they can be reduced by collagen. Ask your dermatologist.
