I work as a service engineer and want to loose a bit of weight,i take sandwiches to work to eat in my van.
I normally have cooked meat on them followed by a bag of low fat crisp+3 pieces of fruit,is there any suggestions for a easy+quick to prepare alternative to my lunch?

Turkey, tuna or chicken sandwiches on whole wheat bread with tomatoes, pickles, onions, or whatever vegtables you like to put on your sandwiches. You can add calorie free condiments like mustard if you like. If you have a way to keep it cold you can get cottage cheese, you can take vegtables to snack on. Protein or meal replacement bars and shakes are good too. You just need to watch the amount of calories you eat and try and exercise when possible.

Try making some home-made houmous, it's really easy, and take some vegetable sticks with you to dip in. It's what I'm doing at the moment!
If you miss your sandwiches, try using Danish bread, it's much lighter

Maybe try pitta bread with salads and meat or tuna and a nice low fat dressing. Sweet chili sauce is nice.

my daughter's best friend's sister (7 y/o) had to quit drinking fruit juice all together. And could only have one starch at each meal.

Make sure you are getting enough water.
Half you weight in ounces.

100 pounds = 50 oz liquids

300 pounds = 150 oz liquids
