From Naples harbor or Sorrento, the ports to get to/from Capri are adjacent to your pier or tender.
Signs are everywhere and your ship's cruise director normally gives out specific directions. Alot of people normally do the same thing so you might want to check with others during your cruise on teaming up.
Once you arrive, Capri town is at the top of the island above the harbor so you need to catch the tram or mini-bus/taxi's to the top.

You could connect with others on your cruise ship and share the transportation to get to capri.
also the cruise director staff is good at telling you where you need to go.
