There are many exercises that will improve your vision. They consists of exercises for extraocular muscles like moving eyes at all directions; then there are exercises for ciliary muscle that consists of focusing at objects at different distances from your eye; than there are relaxation exercises to remove tension in your eyes; and many more...

Many people debate the efficiency of these exercises claiming they don't work, but it's not true! I was able to improve my own vision through eye exercises to the contrary of what most people (including my own eye doctor) told me!

I can't explain how they work, but it seems that through eye exercises your eyes somehow return to normal shape and allow you to see better.

If you are interested in eye exercises, there is a program that will help you out:

Depends on what is wrong with your vision. Exercises don't help with most eye diseases. Some eye muscle disorders can be treated with exercises, some need surgery. Lazy eye can sometimes be helped with exercises.

If you mean what exercises will remove the need to wear glasses, there are none.

you can look at something close-up, like reading a book,or magazine, do this for several minutes. Then look at something far away, far enough that you have to focus to see this, repeat this several times. This helps strengthen your eyes
