It is very likely, yes. What people don't seem to comprehend is that just because you are successful at being illegal for a long time, it does not somehow magically convey legal status. Eventually, when you are discovered, and especially when it is because you are involved in other illegal and/or anti-social behavior, you are certainly eligible for deportation. Why should it be any other way?

If he was convicted, and after he served his sentence, yes he would be deported. It happens. He might have been here since he was two months old, have no idea how to live in his parents' country, and have little knowledge of any language but English - but he would still be deported. Imagine what it would be like to be forcibly sent to Haiti or Cuba or Syria after knowing nothing but life in the US.

I hope so. Increasingly yes, but not always.
If tagging was a first offense, and he is young, I hate to say it but likely not.
We don't want any more gang members than those we grow ourselves.
In fact we don't want them, either.

We can only hope.
ALL illegal aliens are criminals, not just the gang bangers.
Using the term "immigrant" with illegal cheapens those who have immigrated here legally and followed the rules.

Arrested for "tagging" ? Well, I wouldn't consider that worthy of the costs of trial and jail... deport him.
"Raised here" doesn't cut with me... his parents should go as well.
