Well, there is not much you can do.
It is not like you can tell him to not use the bathroom in your place! The only thing you can do is clean it regularly while he is staying with you, or if you can talk to him about it, ask him if he would not mind taking a couple moments to clean up after himself. Otherwise, you just need to ride it out.
Buy a lot of candles!!
