Yes you can.
In the Army, it's called the Green-to-Gold program, but I am not sure what it's called in the Air Force.
It probably is easier to do it by going to school first, because you need a lot of recommendations from people way high on your food chain if you are planning on going officer from enlisted in the Air Force.
I was considering switching branches once I graduated and this is what a recruiter told me. It's easier to do it outright, or to do it within the same branch of the military.

This depends on what kind of time frame you had in mind. If you mean, can you start college on a full time basis, following basic training in lieu of going on to a duty station, the answer would be no. There is the possibility that you could be stationed at a base with a college nearby, that offers night school. There is also the possibility of on-line schooling.
If it's at all possible, an enlisted air force man or woman probably have the best chance of pulling this off. Ask a recruiter for an opinion. If you ask the right one, chances are you will get a fairly accurate answer.

Yes, but like the rest said it is quicker to do ROTC, if you go enlisted first you'll have alot of paperwork to do so will your supervisors, and you have to be recommended by your superiors to get accepted, they will only take someone that shows potential as a leader. Just go enlisted and see what happens. Air Traffic Control is a great job!!!!

Yes, though AFROTC is quicker (if you can get admitted to college and get a scholarship).
There are a number of programs to move enlisted into college and then into the Officer ranks... I'm not familiar with what is CURRENT since I'm ex-Navy.
I finished my BA during my first shore-tour, and applied for a commission. I was accepted into the Navy's LDO (Limited Duty Officer) Program, which takes enlisted specialists with degrees and makes them officers in the same specialty.
Good Luck, and thanks for serving

Yes possible, but I agree that it is easier to go ROTC , if that won't work for you then go enlisted, just remember to stay on task or you'll get sidetracked and spend too much at the "enlisted club"

The short answer .. yes
But it's much easier to go the ROTC route if that's your goal.
