I'd check the web site for the manufacturer of your knife. That or make a simple one for your self. You'd be amazed what you can do with cardboard and duct tape.
Now if you have even simple leather working talents, you've got it made.

anywhere from army surplus stores to leather workers. if you're looking online try google.com and type in knife sheathes. I can't tell you exactly cause I don't know the dimensions of your knife.

a saddle/ tack shop or any other kind of leather works could make you one if you can't find one the knife fits in right

sheathes for various types of work, hunting, camping fishing knives. Could be bought at most hardware or sporting goods stores. general purpose belt pouches, could be adapted.
what about a small tool belt.
