i always use my shoulder to hold up the phone (bad, i know).. and just on a regular basis, i notice my head tilted to the side a little bit...just on a day-to-day basis

It is not bad if you hold the receiver by hand and talk
for long. However is it bad to talk for lon when you place the receiver between the head and the shoulder. This puts
a lot of pressure on the nerves ultimately leading to big
problems not only to the neck but to the whole spinal
column. I would strongly advise you to phone through
the head-set. Believe me I have suffered for years and
you can go to one therapist to another. All you do is
not only spend money but also the time lost.

No therapist will help you only one thing will help is
walking an jogging. Not for hours but regularly.

I think everybody uses the same side all the time. My husband and I are both right-handed. He uses his right ear, and I use my left!! It's weird, huh? Interesting question gets a star!! :)
