Light blue and chocolate brown are HUGE right now. I would go with a dark brown shower curtain, dark brown accent towels and tie a ribbon around them that matches the blue in the porcelain. Then find a couple of small pics from a home store that throw those 2 colors together. You could probably get an inexpensive carpet remnant from a carpet store to cover the tile in the bathroom if that option interests you. Or would you be able to put down peel and stick over the floor you have?
I would go with plain white/cream for the walls.
Whatever way, dark brown, light blue...very IN.

RE:
I moved to a house with a blue bathtub/sink. Any design tips to make the room work w/o replacing them?
The tub is cast iron and would be very $$$$ to move and replace. I'd like to find a way to make the room work. I'm not sure what color to paint the bathroom to tone town the baby blue color of the bath/sink/toilet. The tile is a beige color, I do not want to replace this either right now....

You could refinish it, they have kits at most home improvement stores specifically for refinishing tubs and sinks. The toilet, I think you're out of luck on refinishing it to my knowledge.
Or you have several decorating options.... you could go with the blue and beige, add some navy and red. Depending on how you work it, you could make it more of an americana theme or you could do more of a funky/fun look with those colors too.
You can simply add navy and have the whole lighthouse look going (wouldn't really recommend it, but some people like it).
I would suggest painting the walls a beige color that coordinates with the beige you already have, then adding lots of chocolate brown, even painting the trim work chocolate brown. Chocolate brown rugs, towels, shower curtain, etc. Add a few baby blue accents too, so that it doesn't look like you're trying to hide the fact that there's blue there. Incorporate it instead of hide it. Make it look like you intentionally have a beige and brown room that you accented with baby blue.

I had the same problem only I had Grey tiles with pink bathtub and sink. It took me forever to decide, and I finally Painted the upper wall Silver Grey, and made Purple stripes every 7 or 8 inches. I bought clear purple shower curtains and put an extension rod on the out side with purple sheers, same on the window. I got Grey & Silver accessories. I have to say it looks great. So if you want to follow this BUT use Beige and Blue stripes on the wall. Then use beige curtains and beige rugs with blue accessories. They also sell decals of flowers that you can put in the sink.

Yeesh. I was going to suggest French Country (which is baby blue and white) but that beige throws the whole thing off. Ew. Well, I know there is paint that is designed for porceline and tile.... Maybe you can paint it? Or, go with lots of white and lace and distressed wood and just put down lots of bath mats to cover the floor.
Baby blue? What were they thinking?

Did you know a great and fast fix is simply painting your bathtub and tile with Top Secret coatings one part epoxy. It would be simple to do, and it brushes or rolls on beautifully, and would last for about 20 years. May you have much luck in solving this, and I hope my advice helps.

How about a light brown? Like Sherwin Williams' "carefree." If you want something brighter, then maybe go with "honey blush."

Have it over-sprayed by a tub refinishing company--that's how we got rid of our blue sink and tub.
