Navy Boot Camp, will not be easy, it also won't Be too tough.
You'll do a lot of push ups, and other strength building exercises, but by the time your expected to do alot you'll have no problem doing alot.
You March or Run everywhere, if your not with your company you'll be running.
You don't get a lot of time to eat, or sleep, even using the bathroom is kinda limited. But that's OK you'll get used to that too, and once it's over you'll look back on it fondly.
Of all the services I think Navy Boot Camp is most likely the easiest.
Congradulations on becoming one of the World's Finest....NAVY!

First... RELAX !! The US Navy runs several THOUSAND young men and women through RTC each year...
IF you're in decent physical shape and not a mental basket-case, it's NOT impossible, nor truly difficult. Just get the physical requirements from your recruiter, and start walking, running, and doing some sit-ups.
The BIGGEST stress will be changing from "an individual" to part of the BIG NAVY TEAM !! Your time is the Navy's time for your period in RTC. 70% of the difficulty is mental stress (getting up EARLY, learning things QUICK, following orders, and going ALL DAY), 30% is physical.
I went thru back in 1985, and the only trouble I had was with less-intelligent, observant, or obedient recruits.
Good Luck, and Welcome Aboard Shipmate !

Boot camp in general is going to be a tough test of both your physical and mental strength. Don't even think about how difficult its going to be. Just get out there and do it. You don't want anyone's description of it to psyche you out!

Not like it was. Back when I went in in 1967 it was 13 weeks. I think it is even easier now and a lot shorter.
