I don't think I am sick but on some days I feel completely fatigue and i would get runny nose and stuffy nose and it last throughout the whole day and the next day i'm completely fine. There are days where I wake up in the morning and i would have running nose and then when noon comes it goes away. What is going on? This all happend after I recovered from being sick and that was 3 weeks ago. Am I still sick? did i caught a virus? I'm really scared. please help. I went to the doctor but he just prescribed medicine.

You should ask the doctor for a diagnosis. Did the doctor tell you want he found? What medicine did he prescribe? It will be hard for us to help you without more details. In the meantime, don't be scared. If your doctor just gave you medicine, he must feel this will control it.

Take the medicine that the Dr. prescribed and use a good multivitamin. Shaklee has the best and they do their research so they are proven to work (www.healthyhomebydesign.org). You also might look at the cleaners that you use. Most of the brands out there are very toxic and you can develop allergies to them over time. Again Shaklee has the best non-toxic, biodegradable cleaners. Also change out your A/C filter to one that you just have to rinse out. They are a little more expensive but they work better then the cheaper ones at filtering. Good Luck

It's what doctors do, however, it sounds to me that because of your long sickness, your immune system is low. That is allergies I hear as much of it starts at night but is present when you wake up.

For starters, you got to get your immune system back on track by eating really good food: vegetables, fruits, liquids, and lots of it. Eat many small meals throughout the day otherwise, it will take you a long time to get better. Take small but daily walks if it doesn't make you tired. But feeding your body is important - it needs fuel (no fast foods please).

What you are describing could well be Allergies, or a sinus infection. It is difficult to say, therefore it is best to re visit a Doctor, who will examine you and give you a Rx for something to heal you perhaps, an antibiotic, and you should get well again. Best wishes for a speedy recovery Take care of your health

sounds like allergies or whatever you had 3 weeks ago has relapsed. This can happen if you don't finish taking the meds the Dr. prescribed...but it can still happen if you do. Let your doctor know that you are concerned and he should put your mind at ease

If you are really up set--try a different doctor. Ask around and try to find a caring doctor that will take the time to check you over.

I think your doc probably knows better than anyone here.

Relax, its just a little runny nose.
