I'm driving along in the FAR right lane (next to the curb) and no one is behind me for at least a half mile. The guy next to me decides he wants to turn right, so he speeds up enough to get in front of ME and slams on his brakes to turn, which, of course, means I have to slam on MY brakes too.

WHY didn't he just slow down a little and drop in BEHIND me, where no other cars were?

Not signaling. It's not like it's hard or anything. It's rude, inconsiderate, and lazy not to.
