It is false that you could get a brain aneurysm. It is also false that your eyeballs will pop out! LOL However, if you do stifle your sneezes you risk fluid backing up into your sinuses and ears, which could cause an ear infection. You also risk harming your eardrums. So let those sneezes out, and enjoy them!! :)

everybody doesnt say that. only those who didnt sneeze out loud, and found out the hard way. want to hear a true story? i met a guy once. he had a scar right around the top of his head. he asked me how i thought he got it. i said brain surgery. he laughed and said... it was really cold so he took a hot bath. fell asleep, the water got cold. he had to sneeze, but he held his nose......................................................... and.................. the top of his head blew off!
