I have a toaster oven, and I love using it... But, I want to cook beef or chicken with it. Does anyone have any recipes? Do I set it to broil? What temperature?

You can cook beef and chicken in your toaster oven. Just make sure you preheat the toaster oven first. We retired and toured the United States and Canada for 18 months in our 25 foot 5th-wheel trailer before settling back down in the house we now have and we lived out of that toaster oven when we were hooked up to power. I baked cookies, fixed chicken, roast, anything. Just look at it like a mini oven and work with it. Mine had 2 racks in it. I took out one (the upper) and put the roast in foil, in it's little tray, on the rack. No oil problems. You obviously can't cook a chicken whole but you can cook it cut up. Can make oven-fried chicken in that toaster oven. In fact, if it's a very hot day, put your toaster oven on the back porch and put your baked potato and meatloaf in it and have something besides salad on a hot day without heating up your home. I'd cook the meat at 350º unless it's a steak - then I'd cook it at 400º about 10 minutes on each side and then turn on the broiler and crisp up the fat.

Depends on the size of the portion
Large portions such as chicken beasts, beef loins or large hamburgers will spend a long time in the toaster oven and the oils secreted through cooking could cause an electrical or grease fire.
Usually you can cook chicken wings in a toaster oven
Sausage Patties or links
Hot dogs
Bologna (Baloney)

We love using our toaster oven, We cooked marinated pork steaks in ours on a low setting for like 6 hrs. They turned out awesome! I'm not sure about the chicken though, I've never really tried it. We've done like chicken nuggets but not straight up raw chicken. Check your manual if you have one.

Geographically, Kiev sits at the heart of Europe and is a completely various world but it's simple to it better if you start from with hotelbye . Kiev is the capital of Ukraine and is the absolute most lovely town of all of the post soviet countries. It is really a town of everything you least expect. Kiev is an ancient town where old matches new and east meets west. One of the points you can see in Kiev could be the St. Cyrill's Monastery. That monastery was entirely off-the-beaten track. This small church can be as old as time, relationship back to 12th century. Paintings of the famous Mikhail Vrubel take you into a different world. And the truth that the Monastery is far from the key tourist internet sites in Kyiv can make the knowledge much more humbling and inspirational.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7F1

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

When you set it to broil that is the temperature.
Witha piece of foil, or the plate that came with your oven, put two pieces of chicken breast that were lightly coated in oil and S&P.
Put in over after 5 minutes check and turn and cook another 5 minutes or done.

Beef maybe from scratch, but I'm not sure about chicken, unless you precooked it first on the stove top. Toaster ovens do not maintain a high enough heat level for long enough...you'd have to keep resetting it...a pain, I'd say.
