I have just the opposite advise of the first answer!

Do not see a chiropractor.

I would recommend either a Neurologist or an Orthopedic Doctor. I had back problems and made the mistake of going to a Chiropractor. The Chiropractor worked on me three times a week for about two months and one day just stated oh well there is nothing I can do for you. My pain under his care went from a five to a nine. Furthermore, he failed to follow the medical standard of care and never even x-ray me yet did spinal manipulation each visit.

If you have a herniated disc, which that is my guess that is pinching a nerve when you look up, you will eventually need surgery to fix/repair the disc and either one of the doctors are qualified to do back surgery.

A conservative approach to back surgery is not bad compared to 10-15 years ago. After my surgery, I was up walking around within hours of my surgery and went home the same day. I have no regrets at choosing to have surgery!

If you have any questions, feel free to see my profile and e-mail me.

GOOD LUCK!

you need to see a chiropractor to find out what is going on with your spine. a chiropractor can have you feeling better within no time and looking up at the sky again. I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.
