When woman expose a lot more of themselves men get more excited about sex. Thinking just how God and Jesus said not to. And this has a lot more people having sex, against God's Command. And then we have more men attacking woman now too.
Back about 1998 they said on the news that "One out of two woman are raped or beaten by a man now. Thirty-eight percent are rapes, twelve percent are sever beatings."
In 1980 it was 1/3 woman were attacked.
I wonder if it has increased more?

God calls women to discretion. I love this verse! Proverbs 11:22 says, "Like a gold ring in a pig's snout is a beautiful woman who shows no discretion." Your body is God's. Romans 12:1-2 says, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will."

As others have said, Adam & Eve were naked, so clearly before sin entered the picture it wasn't a problem. However, after sin came lust, and in the bible it clearly states not to be a stumbling block to one another. If someone has an issue with lust, an immodestly clad person could be a stumbling block to them.

nah, i think it was basically because God felt that only the most wealthy male members of society should be able to have the women they wanted, and that it wasn't right for the great unwashed to be looking at the prizes of wealthy men.

Didn't God make man naked in the Garden of Eden? It was only after Adam and Eve disobeyed God and sinned that they started wearing clothes.
The natural, unsinful state of mankind is naked!
It is only shame in our own bodies (which were apparently made in God's image, so shame in them is itself sinful) that causes us to cover up.

Adam and Eve were naked in the garden of Eden. They chose to cover up because of their lose of innocence after the whole apple deal. So, God doesn't care, people do.

Because we modern humans walk upright we must wear clothing to cover our exposed sex organs. Otherwise the sight of them will trigger our wild animal instinct to reproduce.
