Here are 2 examples.. Would i say V Glazah or would i say it Vglazah like its one word..what is the translation for V??

It is a little bit more complicated than that...
See, for example:
My vmeste-we are together
My vstretilis v etom meste=We run into each other on this spot.
Ya vstrechu tebia na vokzale=I will meet you st the train station
V nashu pervouu vstrechu my uje poniali drug druga.
We understood each other at our first encounter...
Basically "v" means "in" or "into", yes...

"в" is a preposition meaning "in" or "into".
While written separately, in speech preposition and noun are usually pronounced as one word.

Well, the "B" is a "V" in Russian; it means "in". So you would say, "v glazah".
