You should take it to a Vet to get looked at and to seek advice on how best to care for it. It's blindness does not have to translate into it's death, it will just require you to give it special care. With your help, after a while, it will adapt to its surroundings.
Good luck.

A little more information needed here. First, how do you KNOW this kitten is blind? Approximately how old does it appear to be---if this looks like it was just born, then the eyes haven't opened yet. But---I don't think this is the case if the kitten can get out of the box. You need to call your local animal shelter first. They will probably take this kitten in. If not, call your local pet supply store, all vets in your area, and see if they can refer you to someone who does foster care for kittens. There are a LOT of people who do. Just keep on calling until you find one. YOU cannot keep this animal, obviously. If you don't realize that even if the kitten IS blind, he/she CAN SMELL, and you'll have to be feeding this baby with the mother cats milk replacement (available at your vets or local pet supply store) with the proper bottles or a syringe. Do NOT give the kitty regular cows milk like we drink. They cannot digest it, gives them a tummy ache and diarrhea. Try to get the kitten to the animal shelter. Good luck to you.

If the eyes are crusted shut, it may not be blind. You didn't say how young it was either. At least try letting it drink the milk if you can guide it over there.

At worst, take a clean washcloth, roll one edge up to form a point, dip that into the milk and offer that in the cat's mouth to suck from. Is the kitten old enough for canned food? You can offer that and let her find it by smell.

A vet will let you know all you need, or they can find a foster home for it with another cat who has a litter of kittens that can take the kitten in as it's own.

Sight or lack of is really not the issue. Smell is. Blind kittens can actually do quite well. But kittens cannot take cow's milk. Depending on how young the kitten is, I have posted a link to give you some guidance. But your best bet is to take the kitten to a shelter. Even in the best of worlds, hand raising an orphaned kitten is an immense chore.

Even though the kitten is blind, it can still eat. Just show it where the milk is and in time her nose will find it for her. Just treat it like a normal kitten with sight, with the exception of letting her know by a certain sound (such as saying it's name) before you attempt to touch her or you could wind up with a bad scratch or bite from scaring her.

what? If the kitten is very young, you have to buy it kitten milk, they sell it at the grocery store. Get a dropper, load it up with the milk and feed the kitten yourself. If the kitten is able to lap up milk on it's own, again, buy the kitten milk and just put it next to the bowl...it can still eat even though it can't see. If the kitten is old enough to eat solid foot, buy some kitten chow and put that out for it. It sounds like it is a very young kitten though, so you'll prolly have to hand feed it with the dropper. Save it! :)

Shelter or vet ASAP. The kit MUST get veterinary care immediately. Find kitten formula and feed it carefully, drop by drop into the kitten's mouth with either a syringe or an eye dropper.

Take the kitty to the vet!
Best of luck! :o)

Obviously, you must take it to a shelter or a vet. You can't keep a kitten in a box.
