Hello Maria,

The best way to get facts about the Catholic Church is to read the bible and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. The Catechism summarizes everything that Catholics believe and should practice. It is official Church teaching compiled into a large book. There is a lot of opinions about the Church and I wasn't able to separate the truths from the lies until I read through the Catechism. I included a link to the Catechism hosted by the Vatican. Please don't let other people or sources tell you what Catholics believe. Go to the source and get the information first hand and then make informed conclusions.

The Bible is a good place to start to find evidence against the doctrines of the Catholic Church; if you really want a good read on the history of the Christian church from the time of Christ to the present, you should read "The Great Controversy" by Ellen G. White.

The Catholic Church is NOT known for sticking to facts.
It was created in 305/6 A.D.; but they lie claiming that they are older.
It even removed the second Commandment that requires all of us to pray ONLY to GOD and nobody else. And it has its followers praying to anyone they want. Even their dead parents, that are still in the ground. For Jesus said we would all be in the ground until Jesus returns.
So if you want facts on the Catholic church, find history books not written by them. That are written on what did happen.
If you look at each number, for each line, in the Bible; you will find gaps of missing lines. Removed by the church so you will do what they want; not what the Bible thoroughly says.
