Dreams don't usually mean anything! Don't worry about it. Unless he has given you any reason to think that he is gay then just don't worry! People have really weird dreams which we don't understand and will never come true!

He may be. Would that change the way you feel about him?
If your dreaming about him being gay his vibe may be revealing this to you. Why don't you tell your husband about the dream and see how uncomfortable he is when you do. If after you tell him a surge of guilty behavior takes place, he may be gay. Discuss it with him at that point. He may be relieved you finally know or mad as can be.

Homosexual

To dream that you are homosexual (but you are not in your waking life), represents a union with aspects of yourself. It is symbolic of self-love, self-acceptance, and compassion. If, in your dream, you are not comfortable with homosexuality, then it suggests some fears/anxieties about your masculinity (if you are male) and femininity (if you are female). You may be experiencing some insecurity in your relations with the opposite sex.

To dream that the guy you like in real life is gay, represents your anxieties and fears that he won't like you back. If he was gay, then it would be easier to dismiss your feelings for him. And it would be easier for you to say that you have no chance with him.

On a side note, it is common for expectant fathers to have dreams of homosexual encounters.

If you are homosexual in your waking life, then the dream is simply a reflection of your own self.

Does he hang out with his guy friends more than you? It may be you are concerned that he is more interested in his guy friends than he is in hanging around you, and you fear that you have become less important to him in his life. And, I hesitate to say this, if sex is the main reason why you got together with him, if he spends his free time with his friends and not at home, you may need to reevaluate your relationship a little bit.
You got his attention by being his sex partner, it may be time to work on being his companion. I'm saying IF you have gotten into a habit of trying to burden him with all your problems, you are not being a good friend. Now may be the time to stop nagging him, stop pestering him, and try to learn to solve your own problems first, so when he comes home from work you are not just one more stress to drive him out the door and to the arms of his guy friends. Take some time to develop your own interests, so when you are together you offer some interesting ideas and topics of conversation that don't involve your relationship or your kids.
Just some ideas. Hope they offer some insights, sight unseen.
