Absolutely. If you are going on a low carb diet you need to first learn exactly what a carbohydrate is and what foods have high quantities (like cornchips!). I remember going on a low carb diet when I was in college and it was a complete waste of "dieting" because I was eating them all along without realizing because I didn't know what they were. For example I would order taco bell's taco salad w/out the shell but still ate the beans. Stupid, I know!

corn chips, as with all foods, have carbs. they are bad carbs and the salt is also bad for you. they have empty calories, that is no nutritional value.
