You can have a picture ID, but in some state, such as Arizona, if you are out of state you have to have a Drivers License.
Any other ID they might take. Depends on the store.

No you don't. So long as you are 18 or over and can provide a valid form of ID, such as a state ID or passport if you don't have a drivers license, if you are asked for it.

If the seller sells you cigarettes, lighters, paint or anything that is illegal to an underage person, the SELLER gets a fine and their license taken, and the STORE gets a fine as well.

You have to have proof of the age of 18, Some form of photo ID. Some stores ask for it, some don't

you just need to be over 18, but you need approved photo id to do it. most states can issue IDs at the DMV. also a passport would work

I don't think so but I don't smoke so I don't know. You have to be 18 and have some sort of ID.
