aging a a two way thing. One can age on a calender, or one can age in mind and body. Or both. Either way, its not in your control for 100% of your life span. What is in your control, is attitude. A positive attitude to-wards your self, and how you deal with a crisis, can thwart aging.
Eating habits, social habits, both subscribe to how WELL you age. Losers age fast---positive thinkers, might get a few premature face lines---but---keep a sparkle in their eye, a twinkle, that reflects a young heart and soul. And no----senior years do not bother me, in fact, each year gives me more reason to stay alive.

Honey, life BEGINS at 40!!!!! I'm in my 40's and I feel better and look better than I did when I was 20!!! I take a water aerobics class and some of the women there are in their 60's and 70's and they're a kick!! They're doing fine, looking good and having fun. You're only as old as you feel !!!!!!!!!

No not really. I've got good genes. Salcido's age gracefully. Plus, I can't think of anything greater then growing old with the man I love dearly, and who loves me. The trick to aging is to find someone that you want to spend your golden years with. I'm still looking.

No, I'm actually looking forward to getting old. For a woman, it's going to be nice when I stop getting my period, when I retire and use all of my money to travel the world, maybe buy myself a hot young man!

No because I don't tan and I won't be wrinkly when I'm 40. I take good care of myself and don't need to worry...I just enjoy the life I live and the skin I'm in.

I try to take good care of myself, so I'm not scared of getting old. I'm more concerned with the alternative.

no, I look forward to it. I love the phrase "the lines on my face are EARNED". I most people are afraid of not being attractive anymore........but to me........I find people who age gracefully and have vitality are people that inspire me.

In terms of aging in the sense of losing friends and family.........not scared.........just sad about it I guess.

No, because it will happen to all of us eventually. No botox or gels/creams will stop mother nature from taking its course. You really don't want to look like Joan Rivers when you get to her age? Eeesh!

Not scared, but concerned.
But we all will.
