It's not a sin to ask for your ticket back if you didn't enjoy it but think about what Jesus would do =] Telling someone something was lame is being mean. There are better ways to approach the problem...

nope this is not a sin, the customer is always right! If the rollercoaster was lame then you deserve your money back

If anything you shouldn't ask... you should DEMAND a refund, and after wards request information on how to place a complaint for an additional treat/effect!
